I used the Agent WordPress Theme from StudioPress to build the site, and both the client and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Along with the obvious front end customizations, like a new logo, header, footer, body and sidebar elements, I re-wrote the custom listing write panel to meet the Lowry’s needs and integrated an IDX NWMLS Search Tool so users can search current home listings. I also optimized the site for search engines and social media, built an external Seattle Real Estate blog for additional exposure, created an intelligent press release, and much more. The site ranks extremely well, pulls in amazing traffic and leads, and is featured in the StudioPress design showcase.
